Multicolor Block Quilt made with bright colors including turquoise, red, pink and different shades of green.   I love the scalloped edging.   It worked out really well.   I love using different colors.   I usually use designs from McCalls Quilting Magazine but switch out the colors.  Sometimes I will change the edging by adding borders or cutting scallops like on this design.

Gardeners Best Don't we all just love to play in the dirt get our fingers deep into the soil My husband is always saying "I can't believe you touched that" Well geez, it's just dirt ! We get so much enjoyment out of our pond. We especially like to watch the frogs that sit around the edge waiting for whatever bugs manage to fly past them. The fish are fun to feed.     They are always just a little shy in the spring but get friendlier as time goes on. We also like to watch the birds especially when they decide to  take a bath in the stream.    They are so cute. Then, once it gets warmer . . ..  the hummingbirds and butterflies come to visit. The hummers are so cute to watch.  They are friendly and happy creatures.   I can't believe how fast they move.
